How do I choose a therapist?

As a group practice, we help match you with a therapist based on your needs, preferences, and availability.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

At this time, we primarily offer secure virtual therapy across Virginia.

Do you offer therapy in other languages?

Yes. Depending on availability, we offer culturally responsive care including Korean-speaking and Spanish-speaking therapy.

How long is each session?

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes.

How often will I attend therapy?

Most clients begin weekly, though frequency may adjust based on your needs and goals.
