Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges or struggling to manage stress, anxiety, relationship changes, or major transitions? Whether you are navigating career changes, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence and balance.

Samantha Shevitz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of life stages and experiences. She has experience providing support in schools, inpatient psychiatric settings, foster care, outpatient care, and community-based environments.

Samantha’s therapeutic approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and strength-based. She believes therapy is an opportunity to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop tools that help clients feel more prepared to navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions. She incorporates client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-based approaches to support each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Samantha is passionate about creating a safe and empowering therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged throughout their healing journey. She also values helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and enjoys volunteering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Her goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally supported, and equipped with the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
