HOW TO GET STARTED
Contact us through our secure intake form or email. You do not need to have everything figured out—just a starting point is enough.
We will reach out to schedule a brief consultation to learn more about your needs, answer questions, and help match you with the right therapist.
Because we are a group practice, we are able to thoughtfully match you with a clinician based on your goals, preferences, and availability.
Once matched, you will begin ongoing virtual therapy sessions with your therapist. Together, you will set goals and begin working toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
VIRTUAL THERAPY
We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for clients across Northern Virginia.
Virtual therapy allows you to:
